HP Durapol® Polyethylene and Polypropylene HPCL foraying into Petrochemicals business by setting up a world class Dual-feed Cracker and Petrochemical Complex,  integrated with the Refinery at Pachpadra. In this complex 2.4 MMTPA of petrochemical products will be produced like Polyethylene (HDPE & LLDPE), Polypropylene (PPHP, ICP & RCP), Benzene Toluene & Butadiene. The polymer product portfolio will cater to all key application segments. HPCL’s PE and PP units will bring various products to the customers based on world’s best technologies.

LLDPE / HDPE SWING UNITS:
HPCL is setting up 02 Swing Plants based on Gas Phase UNIPOLTM PE Technology, licensed by Univation Technologies, USA, to produce HDPE and LLDPE, with combined production capacity of 1000 KTA. These swing plants have the flexibility to produce a wide range of Polyethylene grades for various applications, including metallocene LLDPE grades, PE100 Pressure Pipe and LBM grades.
POLYPROPYLENE (PP) UNITS:
HPCL is setting up two Polypropylene plants based on Gas Phase Technology, licensed by Lummus Novolen Tech GmbH, Germany, with combined production capacity of 1000 KTA. These plants have the flexibility to manufacture various grades of PP Homo Polymer, Random Copolymer and Impact Copolymer for meeting the demand of diverse application segments
