All components are designed for Underwater Pelletizing (UWP) systems compatible with Gala, Maag, Nordson BKG, Starlinger, Erema, NGR, Filtec, JSW, Coperion, Kobe, Davis Standard, and Farrel Pomini extruders, as well as Water Ring Granulator (WRG) systems from NGR, EREMA, Starlinger and Buss co-kneader.
With 100% in-house manufacturing and a newly expanded facility, now we can produce die plates from 100 mm to 1600 mm diameters with electrical oil/steam heating execution, increasing our monthly production capacity from 100 to 400 units per month — ensuring greater precision, consistency, and faster deliveries.
